This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs. Do not bid if you cannot agree to the terms of this contract or are not able to pay and pick up your items within the specified terms of each auction. Payment:The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately at the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying.Regardless of pick-up location, all payment arrangements must be made within one (1) business day (M-F) of the auction closing. If invoice payment arrangements are not made by this time, you authorize your card on file to be charged for the total amount of your invoice plus a $25.00 late fee. No late fees will be removed from an invoice once they are added.
Payment onsiteisaccepted at this location in the form of certified check, money order, cash, paypal, venmo, cash app.Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.

If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location.
If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe and no arrangements have been made to pick up, we will hold your items for 1 additional week. If you fail to pick up your items within that 1 additional week, you forfeit the items and they will be returned to inventory—no refunds will be given. If you have any questions/concerns or need to make alternate arrangements for pick up, please feel free to contact us. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items.
Removal:Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale.If you feel you have won an item and have not received an email, you must notify us by email or phone no later than 10:00 am the day following the auction's close. In the event an item is not available for pick-up, the Buyer must notify our onsite staff and file a claim within 24 hours of the pick-up date by replying to your original emailed invoice noting which items were not available for pick-up. After 24 hours past pick-up, Depot Daddy, Equip-Bid, and the Buyer agree that no adjustments or refunds will be made.
Refunds:If you receive an item that does not work, and it was not listed as such in the description, you are eligible to apply for a refund within 72 HOURS OF PICK-UP. If it has been longer than 72 HOURS then no refund will be issued.Otherwise, no refunds will be given as no warranty is expressed or implied.Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.Call: 816-997-9065, Text: 816-819-4478, or Email: admin@depotdaddy.com
Tax-Exempt Purchases:Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase withDepot Daddy,Call: 816-997-9065, Text: 816-819-4478, or Email: admin@depotdaddy.com. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.
Liability:Depot Daddy's liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.
Limitations:The above-stated Terms cannot be altered except in writing by Equip-Bid.
Flat Rate Shipping Details
- $20 Flat Rate Shipping
- 1 Bidder Number per Shipment.
- Includes shipping for up to 1 Auction-Week of invoices (maximum 7 invoices).
- Auction-Weeks run Friday-Thursday.
- Shipping can be purchased any time during the Auction-Week & up to one week after.
- All invoices must be paid in full prior to shipping.
Shipping Options
- Shipping can be applied to the Previous OR Current Auction-Week (shipments cannot combine Auction-Weeks).
--Previous Auction-Week: Ship all invoices from the previous Auction-Week.
--- This option must be purchased by the end of the Following Auction-Week
-- Current Auction-Week: Ship invoices from the Current Auction-Week.
--- With this option, you can choose to ship Partial Auction-Week OR Full Auction-Week.
--- Partial Auction-Week: Immediate shipment of all existing invoices from the Current Auction-Week (Processed within 1-2 days).
---- This option does not include shipment for additional invoices from auctions yet to close in the Current Auction-Week.
--- Full Auction-Week: Hold shipment until the end of the Auction-Week & ship all invoices together.
---- All invoices from the Current Auction-Week will ship the following week.
Delivery & Tracking
- Carrier Selection: Shipments will be sent via USPS or UPS, depending on cost-effectiveness.
- Tracking information will be available on your account page at RetailDaddyKC.com.
- Tracking Details & Shipping Notifications may also be sent via email and/or text if opted in to receive them.
- Delivery timeframes depend on options selected, shipping demand, and the shipping carrier. Specific timeframes will be provided as the process evolves.
Weight/Size Limits
- Items over 20 lbs or more than 24 inches do not qualify for Flat Rate Shipping.
- Larger items require separate arrangements and may incur additional fees.

- Returns for shipped items must follow the same Return Policy in the Auction Terms:

- Return shipping is not provided by Depot Daddy.

- Returns can also be brought directly to Depot Daddy, 1813 Linn St., North Kansas City, MO 64116, during normal pick-up hours.
Shipping Insurance
- Insurance Coverage

--- USPS Ground Advantage includes up to $100 insurance.

--- Standard shipments include $100 insurance unless Declared Value is purchased.
- Additional Coverage: Can be arranged separately. We hope to have this option built into the process soon.
- Claims: All insurance claims must be handled directly with the carrier.
Liability Disclaimer
- Depot Daddy is not responsible for damaged, lost, or theft of shipments.
- Responsibility Post-Shipment: Once the shipment leaves our warehouse, it is considered delivered. Damaged, lost, or stolen shipments must be addressed directly with the carrier.
Unclaimed Items
- If shipping is not purchased/arranged within the given timeframe, items must be picked up from the Depot Daddy warehouse per the scheduled pick-up period for that auction.
- Items not arranged for shipment or picked up within the allotted timeframe are subject to forfeit, with no refunds or chargebacks issued.
