How Crafting Works inThe Planet Crafter

You can craft inThe Planet Crafterby going to a workstation and producing the objects you'd like to make. There are nine kindsof core Crafting workbenches:

Can You Recycle Items in The Planet Crafter?

Yes, you can recycle items inThe Planet Crafter. You'll need a Recycling Machine (which is unlocked with a Blueprint Microchip) to break a non-building object into its component parts. As for Buildings, you can recover 100% of the building costs with aMicrochip - Deconstruction.

Can You Destroy Items inThe Planet Crafter?

Yes. you can destroy items inThe Planet Crafter. You'll need a Shredderwhich is unlocked with a Blueprint Microchip.

How to Unlock More Items inThe Planet Crafter

There are five ways to unlock more items inThe Planet Crafter:

1. Progressing Terraforming
2. IncreasingBiomassonthe planet
3. Finding Blueprint Microchipsand unlocking them
4. Receiving Mail at certain Milestones
5. Purchasing Blueprints with Trading

Where Do I Unlock Items inThe Planet Crafter?

Most items are automatically unlocked when you reach the requisite milestone for each item. Blueprint Microchipsand Blueprints purchased through Trading must be unlocked at Screen - Blueprints. Some Blueprints are delivered through Mail, which requires checking Screen - Transmissions.
